Myndshift Group have been engaged by our client partner, a respected mining contractor leading a new open cut Hard Rock operation in Cobar New South Wales.
 
Providing a clear pathway from Labour Hire to Permanent Employment!
 
About the Role
Myndshift Group is currently seeking experienced ROM Loader Operators with solid hard rock open-cut mining experience to join the production team at the Wonawinta Mine near Cobar.
This role will see operators working in a ROM environment, responsible for safe and efficient loader operations supporting site production targets.
We are seeking operators with experience on: - CAT 980 Loaders - CAT 993 Loaders - CAT 994 Loaders
What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience operating CAT 980 or larger loaders in mining environments
• Previous hard rock mining experience highly regarded
• Sound understanding of open-pit production processes
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance requirements
• Ability to work collaboratively in a high-performing team environment
• Ability to complete Pre-employment Medical and National Police Check
