We are seeking experienced Dump Truck Operators with solid hard rock open-cut experience to join the production team. You will be responsible for safe and efficient haulage operations, supporting production targets in a newly mobilising mining environment.

Located approximately 150km south-west of Townsville within the historic Charters Towers goldfield, this is a great opportunity to secure long-term work with excellent lifestyle balance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Demonstrated experience operating large mining dump trucks in hard rock open-cut operations
• Experience operating CAT 777 or similar class haul trucks
• Strong understanding of haul road safety, load limits and fatigue management
• Knowledge of open-pit production processes
• Ability to work collaboratively in a high-performing production team
• Commitment to safety, responsibility, pride, and respect

• Labour Hire rate of $59.63p/h with a long-term opportunity and clear pathway to permanent employment
