Myndshift Group have been engaged by our client partner, a leading mining contractor delivering large-scale open-cut coal operations across Queensland.
 
About the Role
Myndshift Group is currently seeking experienced Loader Operators and Semi Water Truck Operators to join an upcoming open cut coal project at Saraji Mine near Dysart, commencing 01 June 2026.
 
This is a great opportunity to secure consistent work on a well-established Bowen Basin operation with a straightforward dayshift-only roster and immediate project commencement.
 
We are looking for experienced operators to join the team, with ideal candidates having proven experience operating CAT 992 Loaders and/or Semi Water Trucks in a production mining environment.
 
What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience operating CAT 992 Loaders and/or Semi Water Trucks in mining environments
• Relevant RII competencies
• Current Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical (CBM)
• Sound understanding of site safety and compliance requirements
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a production team
• Ability to work collaboratively in a high-performing team environment
