Myndshift Group has been engaged by our client partner to recruit a 4 X Maintenance Supervisors with HME Mobile experience to deliver key outcomes at their mining project.

The roster is 5/4, 4/5, 5/5 DS & NS with the mine located close to the township of Biloela with camp accommodation within close proximity to the mine.  

Responsibilities of this role:

• Lead by example coordinating the safe and cost-effective maintenance of all mobile equipment, including documentation and reporting.
• Ensure maintenance and repairs are executed within safety, time and cost requirements
• Accurately record the daily activities and maintenance tasks
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships and effective, high performing teams
• Focused on continuous improvement, with ability to lead teams to develop and implement solutions
• Promote and maintain a positive safety culture and record within the team.

Requirements for this role include:

• Trade certificate in Diesel Fitting or equivalent as well as previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor/Leading Hand in the mining industry
• Demonstrated success in maintaining an excellent safety record for teams
• Experience with CAT, Komatsu or Liebherr mining equipment 
• Clean Queensland drivers' license
• Current Standard 11 & Health Assessment 
• Current S123 & G2 supervisor competencies
