Job Summary:
Granite Works Stone Design is seeking an experienced Account Executive to assist customers in selecting and purchasing luxury stone countertops. This individual will manage walk-in clients and incoming phone leads, guiding them through the process of choosing countertops and overseeing the project from start to finish. As the main point of contact for clients, the Account Executive ensures smooth communication and satisfaction throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Pay Range: 45k – 50k base plus commission

Duties / Responsibilities: - Assisting walk-in clients and incoming phone leads in selecting and purchasing luxury stone countertops
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the entire purchase and installation process, from initial consultation to completion
- Provide product knowledge, advice, and recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on project timelines, progress, and any potential changes
- Collaborate with installation teams to ensure projects meet client expectations and are completed on schedule
- Submit all required paperwork and records in accordance with company policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications / Experience: - Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, with a focus on luxury countertops, flooring, or high-end home improvement products
- Familiarity with stone countertops, including granite, marble, and quartz, is preferred
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and managing client relationships
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Requirements: - Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift 20 lbs.
