Bilingual Account Manager  - Foodservice

Location: Montreal, QC

Salary Range: $65,000–$85,000 + Bonus/Commission

OTE: Approximately $90,000–$100,000+

Our client is an established organization within the food industry with a diverse portfolio of products sold through Foodservice distributors, restaurant groups, hospitality organizations, and other commercial customers.

What Will You Do?

• Identify, prospect, and develop new Foodservice accounts across Canada
• Build relationships with restaurant groups, hospitality organizations, distributors, independent restaurants, regional chains, and other commercial Foodservice customers
• Generate new opportunities through outbound calling, email, networking, referrals, trade shows, and in-person customer activity
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers and uncover opportunities to generate new revenue
• Present product solutions and recommendations to prospective customers
• Manage opportunities from initial prospecting through account development and ongoing growth
• Develop and grow existing accounts by identifying additional products, categories, and opportunities
• Work with both distributors and end-user customers to create demand and drive sales
• Support customers purchasing either directly or through major Foodservice distribution partners
• Represent the organization at trade shows, customer meetings, and other industry events as required

What Do You Bring?

• 2+ years of B2B sales, inside sales, account management, or business development experience
• Bilingual FR/EN
• A demonstrated ability and willingness to prospect, open new relationships, and generate business
• Experience in Foodservice, food, CPG, distribution, hospitality, packaging, commercial services, or another related B2B environment is an asset
• Previous Foodservice sales experience is preferred but not required
• Experience selling through distributors and/or directly to end users is an asset
• A proactive, entrepreneurial approach to territory and pipeline development
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
• Comfort with outbound prospecting, including phone and email outreach
• Ability to understand customer needs and identify relevant commercial opportunities
• A track record of achieving sales targets and contributing to revenue growth
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and customer relationships
• A stable employment history with demonstrated progression and results
