Customer Success Representative 

Location: Montreal, QC – In Office

Salary Range: $65,000–$70,000, depending on experience

You don't necessarily need to already be a Customer Success Representative - we're looking for someone with strong commercial instincts, excellent organization, and the potential to grow into greater account ownership over time.

What Will You Do?

• Support and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring they receive a high level of service and follow-through
• Coordinate customer projects, initiatives, deadlines, and deliverables from start to finish
• Work closely with Account Managers to support customer needs, account activity, presentations, and ongoing projects
• Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations, customer materials, and internal commercial updates
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure customer requirements are effectively communicated and executed
• Provide ongoing coordination and support to the U.S. sales team
• Track multiple customer initiatives and ensure important deadlines and action items stay on schedule
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience, strengthen relationships, and support account growth
• Assist with sales and marketing initiatives involving distributors, retailers, and other business partners
• Prepare materials and provide support for customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events
• Attend trade shows and customer-facing events alongside Account Managers when required
• Become increasingly involved in customer ownership and account development as you grow within the position

What Do You Bring?

• Approximately 2–5 years of customer-facing, commercial, sales support, purchasing, account coordination, or related experience
• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting directly with customers and internal stakeholders
• Excellent organization with the ability to manage multiple projects, accounts, and competing priorities
• Strong follow-through and a proactive approach to getting things done
• Commercial mindset with an interest in customer retention, account growth, and relationship development
• Strong proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Office
• Experience preparing presentations, coordinating projects, or supporting customer-facing teams
• Ability to work effectively across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other departments
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
• Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events
• Interest in developing into a larger Customer Success or Account Management position
