Territory Account Manager

Location: Remote - Atlanta, Georgia preferred

Salary: $80,000-$100,000 USD Base + Uncapped Commission

Travel: Approximately 40-50% throughout the assigned territory

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys developing customer relationships, growing existing accounts and creating new business opportunities.

Based ideally in the Atlanta area, you will take ownership of an established geographic territory covering Georgia and surrounding states, with the autonomy to build relationships and drive continued market growth.

What Will You Do?

• Manage and grow sales throughout an assigned territory covering Georgia and surrounding states
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers and other commercial partners
• Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout the territory
• Grow existing accounts by identifying opportunities to increase product penetration, revenue and overall customer engagement
• Develop territory sales plans and execute strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
• Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, product demonstrations and relationship-building activities
• Negotiate pricing, programs and commercial agreements while maintaining healthy margins and strong customer relationships
• Collaborate with internal sales, operations, logistics, marketing and leadership teams to ensure strong customer support and execution
• Represent the organization at customer meetings, industry events, trade shows and other commercial activities
• Maintain a strong understanding of market activity, customer needs and competitive trends throughout the territory
• Travel regularly throughout the assigned region to support customers and develop new business

What Do You Bring?

• 5+ years of B2B sales, territory management, account management or business development experience
• Experience within flooring, decorative surfaces, panels, building materials, architectural products, construction products or a related industry is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience developing and managing distributor, dealer or channel-partner relationships
• Proven track record of growing revenue within an assigned sales territory
• Experience developing new accounts while managing and expanding existing customer relationships
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Ability to build trusted, long-term customer relationships
• Comfortable operating independently and taking ownership of a multi-state geographic territory
• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 40-50% throughout the assigned territory
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
• Existing relationships within flooring, decorative surfaces, building materials or related markets would be highly valued
• Atlanta-area location is strongly preferred due to accessibility throughout the territory
