JOB TITLE: Account Manager (Logistics)

SALARY RANGE: $55,000–$60,000 + Monthly Bonus/Commission

What Will You Do?

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and serve as their primary point of contact
• Build trusted, long-term relationships by understanding each customer’s business and logistics needs
• Coordinate and track shipments from pickup through delivery
• Respond quickly to schedule changes, service disruptions and time-sensitive requests
• Prepare competitive pricing and transportation quotes
• Dispatch and communicate with carriers and logistics service providers
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure shipments run smoothly
• Provide customers with accurate, proactive updates throughout the transportation process
• Resolve service issues with urgency, professionalism and sound judgment
• Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and grow existing accounts
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by treating each customer’s business as your own

What Do You Bring?

• Previous experience in customer service, account management, sales support or a related customer-facing position
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
• Strong judgment, analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Natural relationship-building skills and a genuine commitment to customer success
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Confidence handling unexpected challenges and changing customer requirements
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience in logistics, transportation, freight brokerage or supply chain is considered a strong asset
