LOCATION: South Western USA (Preference to Arizona but can be remote within the region. Relocation allowance also available)

What Will You Do?
  

• Lead the commercial strategy and business development efforts for an assigned mining territory.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key mining customers and industry partners.
• Identify new business opportunities while expanding existing customer accounts.
• Lead, coach, and support a regional team of sales and technical professionals.
• Develop territory sales plans, forecasts, and growth strategies to achieve revenue objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer service and project execution.
• Participate in customer meetings, contract negotiations, and strategic business reviews.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
• Represent the organization at customer sites, industry events, and trade shows.
• Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory to support customers and business initiatives.

  
What Do You Bring?
  

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales, business development, account management, or operations within the mining or heavy industrial sectors.
• Experience with GET (Ground Engaging Tools) (teeth, adapters, lip systems, bucket protection), etc. is required.
• Demonstrated success managing large customer portfolios and driving revenue growth.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales or operational teams.
• Strong understanding of mining operations, heavy equipment, industrial products, or technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and achieving business performance objectives.
• Ability to influence senior decision-makers and build long-term customer partnerships.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
