What Will You Do?
  

• Develop and grow relationships with existing mining customers while identifying new business opportunities.
• Prospect and secure new accounts within the assigned territory.
• Conduct customer site visits, technical assessments, and equipment inspections.
• Provide technical recommendations and support product evaluations, demonstrations, and trials.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, technical reports, and customer presentations.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, operations, and customer support teams to deliver successful solutions.
• Monitor customer activity, market trends, and competitor developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Represent the organization professionally at customer meetings, mine sites, and industry events.
• Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory to support customers and business development initiatives.

  
What Do You Bring?
  

• 3+ years of experience in business development, technical sales, account management, or field service within the mining or heavy industrial sectors.
• Experience working with mineral processing operations, mining equipment, or related industrial products is required. Candidates must have 3 or more years of experience (sales or technical work) with large-scale concentrators, specifically around SAG Mills, Ball Mills, and grinding circuits.
• Strong understanding of mining operations and customer needs.
• Proven ability to develop new business while managing and growing existing accounts.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned U.S. territory.
