Bilingual Office/Sales Administrator
Location: Whitby, Ontario
Work Model: Full-time, permanent, in office
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; 37.5 hours per week
Salary: $50,000 plus a performance-based bonus of up to $2,000

We are supporting a well-established client in the industrial and commercial flooring solutions industry in hiring a Bilingual Office/Sales Administrator for its Whitby office.

Our client is a global leader with a long history of manufacturing and installing high-performance flooring, wall, and lining systems. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, supportive team where collaboration, customer service, and attention to detail are highly valued.

This is a fully in-office position with no remote-work option. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada and live within a reasonable commuting distance of Whitby.

What Will You Do?

• Process the full order cycle for orders submitted by Territory Managers, ensuring all information is complete, current, and accurate
• Prepare and obtain supporting documentation, including workers’ compensation, customs, insurance, and warranty documents
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and other internal departments to help keep projects moving forward
• Act as a point of contact between departments and ensure outstanding items are addressed promptly
• Confirm product and inventory availability
• Maintain and update the daily order backlog
• Process product returns accurately and efficiently
• Complete data entry and maintain accurate records
• Respond to internal requests while delivering a high level of customer service
• Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment

What Do You Bring?

• Previous experience in office administration, sales administration, order processing, or a related role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong data-entry skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• The ability to organize, plan, and prioritize your workload independently
• Experience working in a busy, deadline-driven environment
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
• A flexible, adaptable, and responsive approach
• Strong internal customer-service skills
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
