Senior Financial Advisor / Wealth Advisor Location: Burlington, ON (In-Office with Flexibility)
Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonus / Profit Share

What Will You Do? - Build and maintain trusted relationships with affluent and high-net-worth clients.
- Deliver comprehensive financial planning solutions, including retirement, estate, tax, investment, insurance, and wealth preservation strategies.
- Provide investment recommendations aligned with each client's goals, objectives, and risk tolerance.
- Identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships while attracting new assets to the practice.
- Collaborate with internal team members to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Mentor and coach junior advisors by sharing industry knowledge, best practices, and financial planning expertise.
- Support succession planning initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
- Stay current on industry regulations, market trends, and financial planning strategies.
What Do You Bring? - 8+ years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or financial advisory services.
- CFP®, CIM®, CFA®, PFP®, or another recognized financial planning/investment designation.
- Demonstrated success managing and growing a portfolio of affluent or high-net-worth clients.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, investment management, retirement planning, tax strategies, and estate planning.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
- Leadership mindset with a genuine interest in mentoring and developing other advisors.
- Collaborative approach and desire to contribute to a team-first culture.
- Existing book of business is considered a strong asset but is not required.
