What Will You Do?

• Manage and maintain contract documentation, including tracking and version control
• Support drafting, reviewing, and formatting of agreements
• Process amendments, renewals, and updates to existing contracts
• Track key dates and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to support contract workflows
• Maintain trackers, logs, and reporting tools
• Prepare summaries and updates related to contract activity
• Support process improvements and administrative initiatives

What Do You Bring?

• 3+ years of experience in contract administration or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Experience supporting contract or legal documentation is an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Experience with contract management systems or similar tools is an asset
• Relevant education or certification is an asset
