What Will You Do?

• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for products and systems
• Manage and maintain technical documentation and product-related materials
• Respond to product quality concerns and support issue resolution
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of technical inquiries
• Support training initiatives for field teams and internal stakeholders
• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Maintain service records, reports, and technical logs
• Assist with continuous improvement of technical processes and tools

What Do You Bring?

• 1–3+ years of experience in technical support or a related role (electrical or mechanical)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent customer service mindset with strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in healthcare or a technical field is an asset
• Bilingual in English and French (required)
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
