The Account Manager will be responsible for supporting existing accounts with order entry, providing information on product specifications and availability, as well as growing the business by prospecting new customers.

What Will You Do? - Maintain ongoing communication with customers through phone, email, and virtual meetings to share product information, promotions, and updates.
- Provide inbound customer support by assisting with order processing, inquiries, and issue resolution.
- Manage assigned performance metrics related to customer engagement, activity levels, and account growth.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales teams to ensure consistent communication, feedback, and follow-up with customers.
- Support account development initiatives, including promoting new products and sales programs.
- Work toward achieving established sales, activity, and performance targets.
- Use CRM systems to track customer interactions, manage accounts, and support sales activities.
- Proactively identify potential risks to existing business and pursue new leads and growth opportunities.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, or meetings as required.
- Continuously build product, customer, and market knowledge to support sales growth.
- Stay informed on market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities and adapt to changing conditions.
What Do You Bring? - Bilingual fluency in French and English
- 2 or more years of Inside Sales or Customer Service experience, ideally in a B2B capacity and/or in distribution.
- Experience working with retailers and/or medical clinics or professionals would be an asset.
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and a proven ability to prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs.
- Willingness to learn and a curious, critical thinking attitude.
- Collaborative and team-oriented.
- Ability to meet set metrics and expectations.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude.
