JOB TITLE: TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST
LOCATION: Kitchener, ON,
SALARY RANGE: $75,000-85,000 (experience dependent)
Please Note: This is an in-office position with occasional travel throughout the GTA.

4. What Will You Do?
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job posting creation and applicant tracking
• Source and screen candidates across multiple platforms, including internal systems, LinkedIn, and Indeed
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and assist with interview coordination
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across operations, sales, technology, customer service, and administrative functions
• Support employer branding and talent outreach initiatives
• Prepare monthly recruitment and labour market reports for leadership
• Promote a positive candidate experience and help match top talent to the right opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine hiring strategies and meet evolving business needs

• A college/university degree or equivalent experience
