Job Title: Bilingual Product Support Representative, Medical Devices
Location: Mississauga, ON
Work Model: Hybrid - 3 days in office
Salary Range: $65,000-$68,000

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer concerns submitted through the support platform
• Log issues and service-related interactions in the internal tracking system in accordance with established internal guidelines
• Coordinate with clients to arrange the return of temporary replacement units
• Assist clients in resolving equipment malfunctions remotely by applying problem-solving strategies and using available technical documentation
• Provide guidance over the phone regarding system enhancements and data connectivity issues
• Perform additional duties as needed, based on team priorities and workflow demands

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Bachelor in electrical, electronic, biomedical engineering or biomedical technology from a college or university preferred, or years of experience in a similar role
• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
• Solid troubleshooting and communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
