Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000

What Will You Do?
As the Office Manager / Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while supporting the leadership team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing personal and professional schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Handling office administration including filing, correspondence, and records management
• Preparing reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Office Suite
• Acting as the first point of contact for clients and partners, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment
• Supporting a range of business functions by wearing multiple hats and adapting to evolving needs

What Do You Bring?

• Proven experience in office management, executive assistance, or similar administrative roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, small-team environment
