What Will You Do?

As a marketing specialist, you will report directly to the CEO and play a key role in driving lead generation and brand visibility across Canada. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Strategic Marketing & Campaign Execution

• Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns (digital, email, print, social, etc.)
• Coordinate all in-house and outsourced marketing initiatives
• Track performance metrics and optimize strategies based on results

Team Leadership

• Manage and support a Marketing Content Creator
• Delegate tasks effectively while fostering a collaborative team culture

Sales & Customer Alignment

• Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted campaigns and materials
• Gather market insights and customer feedback to refine strategies

Website & Content Oversight

• Maintain and update the company’s WordPress website
• Ensure listings, content, and user experience are top-tier

Loyalty Program Management

• Lead the sourcing, ordering, and inventory for a branded loyalty program
• Align program goals with overall marketing strategy

What Do You Bring?

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in a similar role with leadership responsibilities
• Strong background in campaign execution and ROI tracking
• Familiarity with WordPress and managing digital content
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and across departments
• A self-starter mindset, strong work ethic, and passion for results
