SUB-TRADES COORDINATOR

Salary: $80-90k annually + bonus

LOCATION: Halifax/Dartmouth, NS (with travel across NS & NB; some overnight stays required)

What Will You Do? 

• Support and oversee customer product installations across Nova Scotia and New Brunswick
• Coordinate and schedule crews based on skillsets and experience, assisting with hiring and training as needed
• Provide day-to-day direction for warehouse operations including inventory control, shipping, and receiving
• Enforce Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental policies, including managing COR annual safety audits
• Assist sales leadership with reviewing quotes, labour costs, and technical matters
• Manage customer relations, including troubleshooting, conflict resolution, and warranty work
• Oversee prep department scheduling and training
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and contribute to maintaining a safe workplace

What Do You Bring?

• Willingness to travel within NS and NB (with occasional overnight stays); valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• 2–3 years of site supervisor or construction coordination experience
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A self-starter who is results-driven with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Basic computer skills and comfort with reporting
• Commitment to safety standards and procedures
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role (lifting up to 50–70 lbs, standing for long periods)
• Assets: project management background, engineering knowledge, or PMP designation
