4. What Will You Do?

• Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
• Supervise and support a team of warehouse associates
• Monitor workflows to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and safety
• Collaborate on fleet routing and delivery planning
• Champion a positive work environment through coaching, training, and performance feedback
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support key performance metrics
• Ensure health & safety compliance and promote a safety-first culture

5. What Do You Bring?

• 1–2+ years of experience in a warehouse or distribution supervisory/team lead role
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with inventory management, warehouse systems, and operational best practices
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt and problem-solve
• Forklift certification and ability to lift up to 50 lbs (asset)
• Experience in coordinating staff and supporting logistics is a strong asset
