Your Role
In this role you will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, helping guide them through the exciting journey of designing and building their new home.
You will:
- Host our showhome and deliver exceptional client experiences
- Coordinate meetings, site visits and design consultations
- Work closely with our design team to develop client’s plans within budget
- Maintain showhome presentation to reflect our premium brand
- Generate new leads through marketing and industry networks
- Build strong relationships that convert enquiries into successful home builds
We are looking for someone who is: - Experienced in residential construction or new home sales (this could be from a design, administration or consultation type role)
- Professional, warm and highly organised
- Naturally skilled at building trust-based relationships
- Motivated to grow their career and sales success
- Passionate about helping clients create their dream home
