We are looking for an experienced Showhome Sales Host /Customer Support person to join our team. We are seeking a positive, professional and warm individual who enjoys connecting with people and representing our reputable, high-end residential building company.

The position is a permanent part-time role with a minimum of 20 hours per week. The remuneration package includes a base salary of $32,000 per annum, plus performance-based bonuses.

The role will involve both weekday and weekend work on a rostered basis.
In this role you will:

• Host our show homes on a roster basis (weekdays and weekends), welcoming and assisting clients and potential clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the Harwood Homes brand and answering questions about our homes and building process.
• Qualify prospective clients and communicate effectively with your manager regarding potential sales leads.
• Collate relevant client information to pass onto your manager.
• Assist with administration tasks including maintaining the database, reporting, assisting in marketing and promotions and maintaining marketing material.
• Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of our showhome to reflect our premium brand.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Preferably previous experience within the residential construction/new home industry, (ideally in sales or a client-facing role)
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to help people.
• The ability to work weekends as part of a roster.
• Excellent administration and organisational skills, with proficiency in computer applications and database management.
