We're looking for a Project Manager to join our Auckland team where you will lead the development of a Warehouse project that includes multiple services and technical areas such as refrigeration units.

Sitting alongside our management team, you will work alongside a Site manager and a Project Director to deliver this 10,000sq+ build for a client that we know well and who we have delivered for before.  

Responsibilities:

• Build good, positive relationships with your team, the client and the consultants on the project 
• Manage and create a programme that is achievable for successful delivery of this project ensuring we deliver on our word  
• Successfully tender work and engage with the sub contractor market - we want to positively impact these businesses so they enjoy working with us   
• Work to NZ contract 3916 on this project but also be aware of and know 3910 for future work  
• Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and design to construction and handover.

Requirements:

• A proven track record delivering New Zealand or Australian commercial developments in both a Project Management capacity, ideally with both 3916 and 3910 experience. 
• A relevant tertiary qualification, such as a degree in Construction Management or Engineering is a plus 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a project team with a strong understanding of the construction process and how to pull together a build of this scale
