Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycle from pre-construction through to delivery
• Develop, monitor, and control project plans, budgets, and cashflows
• Conduct risk management, quality assurance, health & safety oversight, and environmental oversight
• Coordinate communication across clients, consultants, contractors, iwi/mana whenua (as needed), and regulatory authorities
• Provide programme reviews, claims evaluation, and independent assessments when required
• Support your Senior Project Manager to complete project documentation

Requirements

• Exposure to a client side consultancy with at least 2 years experience in a junior or Intermediate PM role.   
• Experience in the construction phase of projects, and administration of
  NZS 3910/3916 contracts.
• Strong attention to detail, with experience working through contract documentation. 
• A relevant tertiary qualification, such as a degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering.

This is a junior to Intermediate position for a local client side consultancy. For this position we require NZ based experience working to NZ contract - this is a minimum requirement.
