We're looking for a Senior Project Manager or a Project Director to join our Auckland team, where you will help drive and grow our Healthcare sector, a growing part of our successful Commercial Construction business. 

Sitting alongside our management team, you will be supported and provided with an existing workload that you will nurture and grow over time, building a unit who specialise in the Healthcare space, working with private and DHB clients alike. 

Responsibilities:

• Grow the business unit, and build a successful team around you who embody our positive work culture
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor management.
• Lead project teams and ensure all stakeholders are aware of project progress and any potential risks.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and design to construction and handover.

Requirements:

• A proven track record delivering New Zealand or Australian commercial developments in both a Project Management capacity, ideally with extensive healthcare experience. 
• A relevant tertiary qualification, such as a degree in Construction Management or Engineering is a plus 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a project team
