Are you a qualified QS with a good understanding and experience working on New Zealand commercial builds? 

We're looking for an experienced QS to join our team across one of our D&B projects based locally in Tauranga. With a solid work load and a number of tenders coming close, we're looking to grow our already established team with someone who has the ability to take a project and run with it. 

With the support of your commercial manager, you will work closely with your PM and Site based team to help deliver work that ranges from $5 - $30mill. You'll lead by example on your projects, and may have a junior by your side to help with contract admin and documentation. 

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring the project is delivered on time and on budget
• Prepare tenders and contract documentation
• Engage with subcontractors
• Management of Programmes on Microsoft Excel and Program
• An experience working with NZS 3910 and a strong understanding of all New Zealand Commercial Contracts
