Use your passion and communication skills to influence, guide and support our staff in every aspect of Health & Safety. We are looking for a driven individual with demonstrated success for inspiring commitment and personal ownership of health and safety initiatives to join our team.

This is a roll up your sleeves and hit the ground running role with good support for continued professional development and management, and growth for the right people. You will provide specialist health and safety advice, assistance, and support across our diverse business which specialises in the commercial construction space.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Co-ordination of all health and safety related routine activities on large commercial construction sites
• Driving the site H&S improvement plan to ensure workplace risks are minimised
• Engaging with workers to drive hazard, near miss reporting, and safe behaviour initiatives
• Managing all incidents on site
• Reporting into management around any requirements and improvements needed

To be successful in this role we require:

• H&S experience in a similar fast paced environment, ideally within construction
• A relevant tertiary qualification in Health & Safety
• Great communication and influencing skills across all levels
• Fine attention to detail, with an analytical focus
• Ability to prioritise and juggle a variety of tasks
