Join a consultancy in a Junior Project Management capacity where you will work on range of projects, from commercial, healthcare and industrial through to roading and infrastructure.

We are looking for a Junior PM to join our Hamilton based team where you will support our Project lead and Director across areas such as contract administration, project planning and reporting. If you're looking to grow your career in construction then this is the place to go, offering you exposure to some of the regions biggest and best projects. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with project planning, reporting, and documentation
• Supporting procurement, design coordination, and site monitoring
• Attending site meetings and stakeholder briefings, taking details notes and meeting commentary
• Build relationships with your clients, consultants and contractors
• Work closely with your team to ensure deliverables and timelines are met

To be successful in this role we require:

• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline
• Local exposure to New Zealand construction landscape via a contract administration, design or pre construction based role.  
• A confident communicator, with the ability to build strong relationships
• Positive attitude and drive to grow and succeed. 
• Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and standards and ideally demonstrable experience working to NZ building code.
