We're finally seeing the market starting to come back to life and we have 2 Project Manager opportunities available, based in Tauranga. 

Commercial Project Manager 

• Junior/Int role for a local main contractor. Requiring a qualified carpenter who has delivered NZ based commercial sites at a minimum of a Site Manager, with exposure to and working knowledge of programming.
• Looking for someone with a good appetite to learn and grow, with a desire to develop their expertise and career in construction.

Residential Project Manager 

• Standalone, D&B, House & Land packages. You will work with your customers who are a mix of home owners and investors where you will schedule and support your sub crews to deliver a range of housing options. 
• We require sound Residential experience for this position so you will need to have delivered local, NZ based houses with evidence of working with local trades and suppliers.
