We’re looking for a creative and organised Marketing & Communications Lead who can bring our brand to life. Someone who gets people excited about what we’re doing, who we are, and where we’re going. In this varied role, you'll lead our marketing and social channels, promote our culture and successes, and work closely with our Managing Director as a trusted PA—helping out with day-to-day tasks.

About Drive Project Management
  
For Drive, this year is all about Momentum. As an established business with a team of nine, we offer Project Management services across construction in the commercial, civil and residential sectors. Looking to build our team in the Bay, and around the country, you will enable us to continue this positive business trajectory, supporting our internal functions.
  
Job Deliverables:

• Overview and ownership of our channels, such as LinkedIn, Facebook and website
• Content development across social media
• Marketing material to existing and prospective clients
• Organisation of events that will promote Drive
• Review and engage with industry bodies and industry groups
• Support the MD in a PA function

What we’re looking for:

• A confident communicator who can write well and adapt tone across channels – this is a newly formed role where you will establish new systems and processes for Drive.
• Proven experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A proactive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
• Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced team
• Experience in Construction, Property or Professional services a bonus

As a growing business we are excitingly moving to a new office in July. Until our new office opens this position will require you to work from home for periods of time as we hot desk in our current space.
