We are looking for someone who’s organised, proactive, and ready to take ownership of our financial and business systems here at Drive Project Management. This opportunity is a part time position, ideally 20 hours per week. We are based in Mount Maunganui but there is option to work flexibly, depending on the right individual.
  
About Drive Project Management
  
For Drive, this year is all about Momentum. As an established business with a team of seven, we offer Project Management services across construction in the commercial and residential sectors. Looking to build our team in the Bay, and around the country, you will enable us to continue this positive business trajectory, supporting our internal functions.
  
The role and requirements
  
This role is all about managing the day-to-day financial and administrative tasks that keep our business moving forward. Key responsibilities include:
  
Financial Tasks

• Preparing forecasts and managing cash flow
• Overseeing project budgets, payments, and invoicing
• Keeping our finances up to date in Xero

Accounting Tasks

• Handling PAYE, GST, and tax compliance
• Preparing and submitting returns
• Pulling together monthly financial reports

Systems & Administration

• Managing our CRM and other business systems
• Keeping our project and QA systems up to date
• Organising and maintaining digital files

With our business growing, we are looking for an individual who has experience in a fast-moving environment where you will be able to pick up and run with odd jobs in the office. We are looking for someone with the capability and confidence to take on projects and make their work their own.
