Our client is seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Consultant to support the consolidation of multiple Oracle environments into a single, integrated platform. Working closely with technical consultants, business stakeholders and a vendor, you will coordinate activity across HR, Finance and Procurement and help ensure the programme delivers a stable, effective solution.

What you will be doing

• Support the consolidation of Oracle sites and modules into one unified environment.
• Partner with the technical consultant to translate business needs into practical functional solutions.
• Work across Oracle HR, Finance and Procurement modules.
• Deliver minor enhancements and continuous platform improvements.
• Coordinate testing, issue resolution and release activity with the vendor.
• Help maintain smooth business-as-usual operations and support quarterly upgrades.
• Contribute to improvements across SaaS, PaaS and OCI services, including integrations and reporting.

As a result, you will need to have:

• Strong functional experience across Oracle Cloud applications, ideally including Finance, Procurement and HR.
• Experience working with technical specialists, vendors and cross-functional business teams.
• A practical understanding of testing, enhancements, integrations, reporting and release management.
• Confidence coordinating work across multiple modules and stakeholder groups.
• Clear communication, sound judgement and a collaborative approach.
