Our client is looking for a practical, people-focused Health & Safety Advisor to help teams work safely, confidently and efficiently. If you like getting out on-site, building trust, and turning safety into simple, useful action, this could be the role for you.

As a result, you must have experience in:

• Supporting managers, workers and contractors with practical health and safety advice.
• Completing site visits, inspections and critical risk checks.
• Help with inductions, contractor safety, permits and safe work planning.
• Supporting incident response, investigations and follow-up actions.
• Contributing to simple, effective systems and continuous improvement.

In addition, we are looking for someone who displays the following attributes:

• Builds trust and confidence quickly
• Have strong communication skills and a practical mindset
• Lead through influence
