We want to talk to pragmatic Senior HR professionals looking for their next meaningful role. In particular, we want to talk to experienced Senior HR Advisors / HR Business Partners with over five years' experience, who want to support leaders and employees across a broad range of people matters.
  
You will be a trusted partner across the business, providing advice and coaching on a broad range of people matters. You will be a generalist in your field, being able to manage complex employment relations issues, contribute to strategic people initiatives, and support continuous improvement across HR systems, payroll, processes and practices.

You will join a collaborative team environment where your expertise, judgement and fresh perspectives will be valued. This role offers variety, influence and the opportunity to support leaders and employees across a broad range of HR matters.
  
Key responsibilities include:

• Provide senior-level HR and employment relations advice across the employee lifecycle.
• Support organisational people initiatives, including remuneration reviews and engagement activities.
• Develop and enhance HR policies, procedures and frameworks.
• Support the development and implementation of learning and development initiatives that build capability, support career growth and strengthen organisational performance.
• Produce HR insights, reporting and data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Support and mentor HR team members while contributing to a high-performing and collaborative people function.
• Support recruitment activities and talent initiatives if required.
• Build trusted relationships across the organisation and influence positive people outcomes. 

We are looking for HR professionals who have a track record in:

• Partnering with leaders and providing advice across complex HR and ER matters.
• Leading or managing workplace investigations, disciplinary processes, restructures and organisational change initiatives.
• Influencing stakeholders and building trusted relationships at all levels.
• Developing HR policies, frameworks and people-focused initiatives.
• Contributing to learning and development initiatives, including identifying capability needs, supporting development plans and promoting continuous learning across the organisation.
• Strong analytical, reporting and Excel skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
