We are seeking a highly capable Project Coordinator with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities to support our public sector client. This role is suited to a proactive professional who is comfortable working autonomously and willing to roll up their sleeves.

To be successful in this role, you will bring previous experience in:

• Supporting a project team
• Coordinating administrative tasks such as meeting minutes, reporting and actions
• Tracking project progress and the status of activities, tasks, and deliverables and ensuring these are completed on time
• Monitoring project schedules regularly and escalating any risks and issues 
• Engaging with a range of stakeholders

In addition, we are looking for someone who:

• Builds trust and confidence quickly
• Is proactive in their approach
• Brings excellent communication, organisation and time management skills

Please note, this is a business change project, not ICT and must be Wellington based.
