Our client is seeking a Senior IT Operations Manager, an empathetic leader to drive the team and embed good process. Ideally you will have come up from a technical background. 

Using your experience, you will drive operational efficiencies and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.  You will need to have exceptional relationship building, as you may get involved in vendor engagement.

With a proven track record of building and maintaining team culture, you are a natural leader, with demonstrated ability to plan and organise, and influence others, to achieve work programme, meet deadlines and to manage conflicting deadlines and requirements.

As a result, you must have experience in:

• People leadership and management
• IT Operations
• Service Management

In addition, we are looking for someone who displays the following attributes:

• Builds trust and confidence quickly
• Leads through influence – is a connector
• Has a curious mind.
