Our client is seeking a highly experienced Change Manager with programme level expertise to lead, coordinate and align change activities across multiple projects. The successful candidate will bring strong organisational design change management experience and a proven track record of delivering change within complex project environments.

You will be responsible for developing and delivering change strategies, change communications and engagement planning, and working closely with key stakeholders to build trust and confidence. Although this role does not require someone to work in the detail day to day, you do need to be comfortable with being hands on when required.

In addition, we are seeking a change professional who brings:

• Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills
• A passion for delivering effective and positive change
• A genuine human-centred approach
