We are seeking an organised, collaborative and detail-focused Associate Programme Coordinator to support the effective delivery of programme and activity work. - Assist with procurement, contracting, supplier due diligence and contract administration processes.
- Support budget tracking, forecasting and financial reporting.

- Contribute to business cases, briefings, reporting documents and other programme materials.
- Coordinate communication and information sharing across internal teams and external partners.
What you will bring: - Experience in programme, project, operational or administrative support roles.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working across teams.
- Experience maintaining records, updating systems and working with data or tracking tools.
- An understanding of procurement, budgeting, contract administration or financial processes.
- Sound judgement, professionalism and discretion when working with sensitive information.
- A collaborative working style and the ability to build constructive relationships with stakeholders.
If you are looking for your next role and you have experience in supporting programmes, we would love to hear from you.
