We are seeking an experienced Service Designer to support a programme of work focused on improving how services are designed, delivered, and experienced. This role will suit someone who can bring structure to complexity, understand user and business needs, and translate insights into practical service improvements.

You will work closely with key stakeholders to understand current-state services, identify pain points and develop clear end-to-end service models. You will be confident in facilitating discussions and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

As a Service Designer, you will bring:

• Proven experience in service and operating model design.
• Ability to map current-state services, identify pain points, and design practical future-state service models.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills.
• A pragmatic, collaborative, and outcomes-focused approach, with the ability to work effectively in an ambiguous and changing environment.
