We are seeking an experienced Service Designer to support a programme of work focused on improving how services are designed, delivered, and experienced. This role will suit someone who can bring structure to complexity, understand user and business needs, and translate insights into practical service improvements.
You will work closely with key stakeholders to understand current-state services, identify pain points and develop clear end-to-end service models. You will be confident in facilitating discussions and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
