We are seeking an experienced Change Analyst to support a significant programme of work. This role will work closely with the Change Manager and wider project team to help stakeholders understand, prepare for, and adopt change in a structured and effective way.

You will be responsible for

• Supporting the development and delivery of change strategies, plans, and supporting materials.
• Preparing clear and engaging communications to support change activity.
• Conducting impact assessments and identifying key change considerations.
• Identifying change risks and supporting practical mitigation actions.
• Monitoring adoption, feedback, and other indicators.
• Supporting change readiness and encouraging effective adoption.
• Contributing to communication planning and stakeholder engagement activity.
• Building trusted relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.

About you

We are looking for a confident and collaborative professional with strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills. You will bring at least three years of experience in change management, along with proven internal communications experience and the ability to translate complex information into clear, practical, and engaging messages.
