We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and self-managing Programme Coordinator to provide high-quality support across a fast-paced programme. You will play an important part in keeping programme activities on track by providing quality coordination, reporting, and administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing competing priorities and building strong relationships across a range of stakeholders.
Day to day you will be responsible for:
Supporting programme planning and scheduling across multiple workstreams
Maintaining project documentation, registers, and other key delivery artefacts
Monitoring risks, issues, and dependencies, and assisting with timely escalation and follow-up actions
Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and minute taking
Managing monthly financials and contributing to accurate programme reporting
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
At least three years’ experience in a project or programme coordination role
Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across teams and stakeholder groups
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Confidence using project tools and systems, with experience using Microsoft Project and Azure DevOps preferred
