Our client is seeking an experienced investment Adviser to contribute to initiatives that strengthen private sector capability, supports investment activity and drive sustainable economic outcomes across diverse markets. 

This is a high impact, strategic and innovative role engaging with a wide mix of stakeholders. 

To be successful in this role, you will bring:  

• Experience working within emerging markets or international environments, ideally with exposure to private sector-led growth 
• Demonstrated experience in development finance, impact investing, or blended finance approaches 
• Ability to support or facilitate investment flows across private, institutional, or philanthropic sources 
• Understanding of investment principles, commercial drivers, and delivery frameworks 
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders across diverse environments 
• Sound judgement and political awareness 
• Commitment to inclusive, ethical and values driven ways of working 
• Culturally competent
