We are seeking a number of experienced technical business analysts to work on important programmes across a number of agencies, with an initial 6-month term.

Strong EQ is required, as the core of your role will be to engage with end-users to gather and document detailed technical requirements.

It is important that you have a background in working with developers and architects, and ideally, an understanding and experience with analytical tools to support research capability requirements and implementation. These include:

• Excel
• Power BI
• SQL
• Google Analytics.

You will be responsible for process mapping, reviewing and documenting current processes, systems, and solutions, and advising on technical solutions. 
In addition, as an experienced Business Analyst, you will naturally have:

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to present ideas in a concise and user-friendly fashion
• Confidence to engage with a vast range of stakeholders
• Be able to problem-solve and think on your feet
• Strong ability to engage in gathering requirements
• Be able to deal with ambiguity.
