We are looking for multiple Business Process Analysts who are highly skilled in analysing, improving and documenting business processes using data-driven methods. A proven track record in writing requirements for business and technical projects is a must to support new process development and enhancements. 

To ensure you are successful in the role, we are looking for someone who displays the following attributes:

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Excellent documentation and writing abilities.
• Ability to present ideas in a concise and user-friendly fashion.
• Confidence to engage with a vast range of stakeholders.
• Be able to problem-solve and think on your feet.
• Strong ability to engage in gathering requirements.
• Be able to deal with ambiguity.
• Have a genuine human-centred approach, with a desire to make a difference.
