We have several public sector clients who are currently in need of highly experienced project coordinators to ensure key projects run smoothly. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will oversee and manage project tasks to ensure timeframes are met.
  
Like many environments, these roles are busy; therefore, you will not be phased by ambiguity and will be able to hit the ground running, given your previous business-focused project/programme coordination experience within the public sector. Our clients need superstars, so be ready to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in.
  
To be considered, it is essential that you have a proven track record in:

• Working within the Public Sector for over five years
• Supporting project managers and project teams
• Monitoring and tracking project progress and the status of activities, tasks, and deliverables to ensure timeframes are met
• Monitoring project schedules regularly and escalating any risks/issues 
• Coordinating administrative tasks such as meeting minutes, reporting and actions
• Engaging with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

Please note that an immediate start is preferred, although 2 weeks' notice may be considered for the right person.
