Our client is a close-knit team who are looking for an Operations and Support Coordinator to provide effective, efficient, and proactive business support and administrative services that enhance the day-to-day operations to keep the organisation running smoothly, ensuring an excellent experience for their members and stakeholders.
This is a varied role where you will take end-to-end ownership of key operational workflows and play an important part in identifying opportunities to streamline.
You will need to hit the ground running, so to be successful you must have strong administrative / junior office management and Xero experience, ideally within a small organisation. You will also be a 'people person' with strong customer service skills who can engage easily with a diverse range of stakeholders.
