Future Skills Organisation is looking for a Project Lead – Training Product Development to lead nationally significant projects that influence the future of vocational education across Australia's Finance, Technology and Business sectors.
This is more than project management.
You'll lead the development of nationally recognised training products related to Finance, Technology and Business, work alongside industry experts and educators, and ensure Australia's training system continues to evolve alongside the rapidly changing world of work.
You'll combine strategic thinking with practical delivery, bringing together diverse stakeholders to create training products that are compliant, relevant and genuinely useful.
You will:
- Lead end-to-end projects that develop nationally recognised training products.
- Create and co-design qualifications, units of competency and supporting resources.
- Work closely with industry, Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) and subject matter experts to ensure training reflects real workforce needs.
- Provide technical leadership on Training Package development and Qualifications Reform.
- Develop Companion Volume Implementation Guides and educator support materials.
- Drive quality, compliance and continuous improvement across training products.
- Explore new ways of working, including the responsible use of AI, to improve efficiency and outcomes.

About you You're an experienced VET professional who understands how nationally recognised training products are developed and why quality matters.
You enjoy leading projects, building relationships and bringing together multiple perspectives to create practical outcomes.
You'll likely bring experience in: - Training Package Development and Qualifications Reform
- Training and assessment within the VET sector
- Project management and stakeholder engagement
- Developing nationally compliant training products and educator resources
- Working with Training Package Organising Framework (TPOF), AQF and ACSF
- Managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail, and a focus on compliance and quality
- Using AI and digital tools to improve ways of working
