The opportunity
Behind every high-quality training product is someone who makes sure every detail is right.
Future Skills Organisation is looking for a Project Officer – Training Product Development to support the development of nationally recognised training products that will influence how Australians learn and work into the future.
This is much more than administration.
You'll play a key role in drafting, reviewing and quality assuring training products, coordinating stakeholders, maintaining project documentation and helping ensure Australia's vocational education system delivers high-quality, industry-relevant training.

You will:
- Support the drafting and quality assurance of nationally recognised training products.
- Review documentation for accuracy, consistency and compliance.
- Coordinate project activities, stakeholder communications and project documentation.
- Maintain version control, change registers and Training Product Central records.
- Prepare educator support materials and implementation resources.
- Use AI tools responsibly to improve documentation, reporting and business processes.
- Work closely with Project Leads and stakeholders to keep projects moving and deliver outstanding outcomes.

About you
You're someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys solving problems and takes pride in producing work of the highest quality.
You love bringing order to complexity and enjoy supporting projects that make a real difference.
You'll likely bring experience in: - Project, policy or training administration
- Document management and quality assurance
- Stakeholder coordination
- Report writing and business documentation
- Version control and compliance processes
- Reviewing AI-assisted content for quality and accuracy
- Working within structured project environments
Experience in the VET sector would be highly regarded, but isn't essential.
Most importantly, you're curious, proactive and enjoy working collaboratively.
